I had enough last night... this is my second set of neighbors since i've moved in, both had/have kids that drive me crazy. all of them stick their little heads right up and thru to look at me between the boards, they stick their little fingers on thru... and now the new neighbor kids like to SCREAM at me. like this "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" so today i picked up some outdoor fabric, and fixed my problem :) yeay for me.
